This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which types we use on elorasmart.com, what we use them for and how you can manage them. In accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you clearly and transparently about the use of cookies on this website.

What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone) when you visit them. They allow the website to remember your preferences, keep your session active and collect statistical information about the use of the site.
Alongside cookies there are other browser storage technologies, such as local storage. Although technically they are not cookies, the regulations treat them in the same way, which is why we also declare them here.
Cookies do not contain viruses and cannot damage your device. You can set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies or to reject them outright, although this may affect the operation of some features of the website.
What We Install and When
Nothing optional is installed before you authorise it. When you first visit, only the necessary cookies are active. Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded —the provider’s script is not even downloaded— until you accept that category in the notice. If you later withdraw your permission, we stop loading them and delete from your browser any that had been installed.

These are essential for the website to work. Without them you would not be able to browse properly or use the shopping basket. They are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

2. Analytics Cookies
These allow us to measure traffic and analyse user behaviour anonymously, in order to improve the browsing experience and the content of the website. They require your consent and are not loaded until you give it. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP address anonymisation.

3. Marketing and Advertising Cookies
These allow us to measure the results of our advertisements and to show you related advertising on third-party platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok). They require your consent and are not loaded until you give it.

4. Payment Gateway Cookies
When you choose a payment method, the corresponding provider may install its own cookies to prevent fraud and complete the transaction. This happens only at the time of payment and only with the provider you have chosen: the PayPal script is downloaded when you select PayPal, the seQura form is loaded when you choose seQura, and card payment takes place on the Cecabank page, to which you are redirected. These are cookies necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested, and are therefore exempt from consent. Their purposes and durations are set out in the policies of PayPal, Cecabank and seQura.
Manage your Preferences
You can change your preferences at any time using the panel below, or via the ‘Cookie preferences’ link in the footer of every page. Changes take effect immediately: when you withdraw a category we stop loading its scripts and delete its cookies from your browser.
Necessary cookies
Essential for the site to work: the language you chose, the contents of your cart, the admin panel session and this very cookie decision. They cannot be switched off and need no consent.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4, with the IP address anonymised. They tell us which pages are visited and from where, so we can improve the shop. Nothing loads until you accept them.
Marketing cookies
Meta, Google Ads and TikTok pixels, used to measure how our ads perform and to show you related advertising. Nothing loads until you accept them.
You can change or withdraw your choice whenever you like from “Cookie preferences” in the footer. When you withdraw it we delete the cookies that had already been set.
How Long your Decision Lasts
Your choice is stored for twelve months. After that period we will ask you again. We will also do so sooner if what we install changes —a new provider or a new purpose—, because the consent you gave would not cover that change.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control opt-out signal, we treat it as a refusal: we load nothing optional and do not show you the notice. You can change this whenever you wish from the footer.
What Happens if you Do Not Accept
Nothing that matters to you: the shop works in the same way, and you can browse, buy and contact us as normal. The only thing we lose is the statistical information about how the site is used. We do not use cookie walls or make access conditional on your acceptance.

ELORA SMART SL may update this Cookie Policy at any time to adapt it to changes in legislation or in its services. We recommend that you review it periodically. Changes will take effect from their publication on the website.
