Do I need construction work to install the ESENZA?
No. It replaces your current toilet with the same connections. You only need a nearby power outlet. We do recommend checking the drain outlet before installation to ensure compatibility.
What is the difference between ESENZA and AURA?
ESENZA has all the essential functions at a more affordable price. AURA adds foam splash shield, infrared light, UV light, deodorisation, aromatherapy and voice control.
Does it work with low water pressure?
Yes, as long as the installation has a pressure of 0.8 bar or more. The integrated 5-litre tank helps maintain a stable flush even in older buildings or installations with lower pressure.
Is it noisy at night?
No. Operation is silent, below 59 dB — up to 21 dB quieter than many conventional toilets.
Can I still use toilet paper?
Yes, of course. You can still use it if you wish, although ESENZA is designed so that warm water washing and fast drying in under 30 seconds reduce the need for paper to a minimum.
What maintenance does it need?
Practically the same as a conventional toilet, with a few simple checks. The nozzle cleans itself automatically, the rimless ceramic makes daily maintenance easy and, if you notice less wash pressure, the water inlet filter may need cleaning.
