Do I need construction work to install the ESENZA Wall-Hung?
Yes, as it is a wall-hung model it requires wall installation. If you already have a wall-hung toilet, the adaptation may be simpler. If you are replacing a floor-standing toilet, work is usually needed to fit the frame and prepare the installation.
Does it need to be installed by a smart toilet specialist?
No. Any professional experienced with wall-hung sanitary ware can install it. The installation is similar to a conventional wall-hung toilet, bearing in mind that it requires a water supply and nearby power outlet.
Does it include a frame?
Yes. ESENZA Wall-Hung includes an installation frame. If you already have a compatible frame installed, it may be possible to reuse it, but the product already comes with its own frame included.
Is it compatible with frames with concealed cisterns?
Yes. ESENZA Wall-Hung can be installed on conventional frames with standard dimensions. The key is to check measurement and fixing compatibility before installation.
If I already have a concealed cistern and flush button, can they be used?
No. ESENZA Wall-Hung has its own integrated tank and flush system, so the concealed cistern and flush button would not be used. The toilet does not need an external flush button.
Where is the water tank?
The water tank is integrated into the toilet unit itself. The frame only serves to secure the toilet to the wall.
Can the height be adjusted?
Yes. The height can be set during assembly to best suit the bathroom and user preference.
